On Sunday August 25 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm the Black Cat (211 Chapple Ave) will provide the patio and the brunch, and TrueGrass will provide the music and the fun. We’ll be The TrueGrass Four on Sunday the 25th with Tom Draughon from Ashland on guitar, Bruce Qualey from Cable on bass, Jed Malischke from Spooner on banjo and resophonic guitar, and Carol McDowall from Trego on fiddle. Moon Lake Park Saturday July 27, 2024 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm On Saturday July 27th the TrueGrass Trio (now a quartet) will be doing their thing at the Iron River Lions Blueberry Festival in Iron River, Wisconsin, where they will be featured on the main stage from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. This is the 60th year for the Blueberry Festival in Iron River, and there will be two full days full of activities with a parade, contests, carnival rides, shopping, fun, food, and more. It will all be outdoors: on the back deck next to the cabana bar, in the backyard next to the barbecue chicken and burgers on the grill, and on the outdoor stage overlooking the rustic, woodsy setting. Admission is free with food and beverage specials available each week. TGTrio+1 St Pat's Day Concert

The Česká Opera House in Haugen (WI) will be hosting a Saint Patrick’s Day concert with The TrueGrass Trio & Special Guest Carol McDowall on Sunday March 17th starting at 2:00 pm. The Trio+1 will be donning their green and polishing up their Irish credentials to get ready for a fun afternoon of music at this unique venue in Haugen. The Ceska Opera House (320 W 3rd St) is a historic performance and event venue operated by the Česká Opera Foundation, a non-profit preserving the history and heritage of Haugen and the surrounding area.
